One-to-one Nutrition programme
Changing old or engrained habits is never "easy" - least of all your dietary and lifestyle habits! It is however, vital, if your goals are great health, energy or weight loss. Diet and nutrition is the cornerstone of “optimal” physical and mental health! Dietary and lifestyle changes become increasingly important when managing chronic health problems, when aiming to reach an ideal body weight or body composition, or when wanting to find vibrant energy, and improved fitness. Having your own diet and lifestyle evaluated by an experienced qualified Nutritionist, being more aware of your day-to-day habits, getting up-to-date nutritional advise, coaching and support to make necessary changes, is by far the most effective (and quickest) way to eating healthily AND happily, improving your health and digestion, overcoming a weight problem, or running a marathon! Armed with correct knowledge, up-to-date information, effective strategies and practical ideas, expert help, support, and objective insight, you can achieve your goals, for health, weight and fitness.
What is involved?
An initial consultation looks into your health, fitness & nutritional goals, as well as gathers necessary details regarding current and past health, digestive and immune function, and general lifestyle patterns. This is followed by the client’s completion of food and lifestyle journal. A second session is conducted either in person, or completed over the phone and/or via e-mail, with discussion of how best to meet and achieve personal goals via the proposed dietary and lifestyle changes. Clients are fully supported and with materials such as a personal report, strategies for change, personalised meal plans and recipe ideas, as well as e-mail support, to help put theory into “effective” everyday practise.
Package fee - £225 (Includes 2 one-to-one sessions, personalised written report, meal ideas and structured eating plan). Additional follow-up sessions (via phone or in person) - £60
N.B. The above fee also includes a 1 year FREE membership to www.dailybread365.com, which includes the DailyBread365 e-program - an email a day for 365 days, with basic & advanced nutrition & physiology that’s easy to understand and put immediately into practise, plus food for your body, mind and soul, in the form of recipes, exercises and motivational wisdom.
When travelling is an obstacle (or purely as a preference), ALL sessions can be adapted to include telephone, Skype, or e-mail communication. Payment is required in advance.

(For consultations in London, an additional charge of £30 is made for each booked session).
“Buddy-up”
“Buddy-up” is a perfect option for those watching their budget, but also a great way to get mutual support and encouragement from a friend, partner, or co-worker. You’ll have joint sessions with the Nutritionist, complete a week’s food journal together, and both receive the consultation, analysis, reviews and a clear plan to set you both on the correct path toward greater health, energy, a leaner body, and enhanced fitness.
Package fee - £350 for TWO - Includes 2 joint sessions, and separate personalised reports, meal ideas and structured eating plan. Additional follow-up sessions (via phone or in person) - £75 for TWO
